How are the items delivered ?

All the items will be delivered to your doorstep by well established local retailers.

How do I make payments?

Currently we accept cash on delivery, food coupons - sodexo and ticket restaurant only. Online debit/credit card payment option will be available soon.

Do I need to pay more in

No you do not. tries it’s level best to keep the MRPs updated on all the products listed with all the retailers, However if there is any variations, the MRP listed on the product that is delivered to you should be considered the final MRP. And moreover you may get discounts from the retailer.

What if few of the items are not delivered?

Our listed retailers ensure that they have all the items listed in available with them, however it is quite possible that the product you order might be out of stock. If the retailer is unable to fulfill the order completely, he will discount the cost of item which he is unable to provide from the total cost of the products delivered.

What if there is a variation in the bill?

Please ask your retailer to explain the variation in the bill, if any. The MRP on the product pack should be considered final.

How can I search for a product?

If you know the brand / product name, you could key in the same in the smart search bar and it suggest you the matches. Alternately, you could browse the relevant categories or brands to zero-in on specific products.

Can I shop without registering on the site?

No. You can browse through the site without registration. But you must register for making an order.

How can I register on

To register in, you can click "create an account" link on the top bar and you will have to fill your information in the registration section. You can either use your email id or a name of your choice as your login name. After you finish the registration process, you need to activate your account. You will get an activation code on your mobile phone. Please enter the activation code into the Activation section. This completes the one time registration process for and you can go right ahead and enjoy your online shopping.

Why is the cellphone verification done?

Cellphone verification is the user authentication process used by 1shop to ensure that there is no misuse of the 1shop services. We do not share your data with any organization other than your selected retailer to ensure updates on delivery status.

What about the Privacy of my information ?

We consider the privacy of our customers very important. We are in the business of serving you, not selling your information. Your name, address information are collected only to fulfill your order. We will occasionally send email to our customers notifying them of special promotions or significant changes to our web site.

What if the retailer does not deliver?

Our retailers are committed to deliver your orders. However if we are unable to deliver due to some unexpected events, retailer would promptly inform you over phone/email. As we are currently accepting only cash or coupons on delivery, you have to make the payments only if the order is delivered successfully.

Can I send some personal instruction about my order ?

Yes, you can provide your instructions in the instructions text box while you confirm the order.

Is there any Shipping charges involved?

There is no Delivery charges involved right now.

How do I cancel an order?

If you want to cancel an order, you can do so from "Dashboard" when the order status is "Pending".

Can I save my shopping cart for later?

Yes, you can save your shopping cart and pick it later whenever you want. Even you missed saving your cart, we will autosave it for your next visit.

What are the delivery times?

We do have a cut-off time of 12:00 PM to process orders. Orders made before the cut-off time will be served the same day between 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM. orders made after 12:00 PM will be served next day between 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM.

Do the rates remain same for all retailers?

There might be variation in prices among the retailers based on the offers or discounts they provide.

What happens if I'm not at home when you deliver?

Please arrange some one to accept the delivery and to make the payments. You can also provide instructions to the delivery boy while placing an order.

Can I order today for a delivery 2 days after.

Yes you can select your preferred delivery date while confirming the order.

How can manage and modify my account details and delivery address?

You can manage and modify your account details and delivery address any time online in "Profile" link under "My Account" menu.

How do I return or exchange an item?

We will not accept return of a product after it has been delivered. It is your responsibility to check each items during delivery. If you are not satisfied with any product mark them with reason in the acceptance form with the delivery boy. And pay only for the delivered items.
